Many homeowners worry about how the construction process will affect their homes and their lives. Below is a brief description of our design process.

Design Consultation

During your initial design consultation, a representative will meet with you to determine how we can best meet your needs. After discussing your design preferences and examining your backyard space, we will begin translating your ideas into a formal design plan.

Design Review

After careful consideration and review, a formal design plan will be created. A second meeting will then take place and one of our representatives will present the design recommendations and finalize the plan.

Excavation

After preparing the site for construction, excavation begins. We dig out the site for your pool according to the design specifications.

Structural Steel

Steel bars are “tied” into place in a pattern which meets the highest engineering standards. The steel bars are used to ensure a strong foundation for the structure of the swimming pool.

Plumbing & Electrical

Plumbing and electrical are now installed according to the design specifications.

Shotcrete

In this phase, we begin adding shotcrete to the steel pattern of your pool. Shotcrete is similar to concrete and will serve as the hard “shell”. This will be shaped according to the shape defined in the design plan.

Hardscape

Decking, coping and masonry elements for your pool are now installed. We carefully install these hardscape components to compliment each other. There are endless combinations available to meet your needs.

Finishing

The interior of your pool will reflect the high quality standards and attention to detail used throughout all phases and gives you best possible result. There are many finished to choose from, including white plaster or color, pebble coating, 3M Color Quartz, Hydrazzo, & tile. During the finishing phase, additional features, such as outdoor kitchens, water features, and landscaping are completed. Now you can really see your dreams come to life!

Operation & Orientation

At this time, a representative will meet with you to show you how to use and maintain your new swimming pool. Customer satisfaction is a priority for Correll Custom Pools
